Fruity Chiffon Cake

Baked this cake using a recipe from Happy Flour. Thanks for sharing!


I used the mango and passionfruit tea bags and the infused tea was so fragrant. Even after the cake was baked, the fruity fragrance was still very prominent. I added cranberries to the batter.
