New Macs...

This is the new flavour which I did this weekends....

Peanut macaroons with salted caramel filling.... yum yum...

Thanks for letting me to try the Macs, I like the peanuts with caramel ... the shell is crisp but chewy when you bite into and the chewiness is just nice. The caramel is not too sweet and doesn't have that thick, gluey feeling when you bite into. Well done!!!

Pat, so yr fav is caramel? I always thot caramel is very difficult to make, but it turned out quite simple and fun.
