Pork Floss Buns
Today's an overcast day... not an ideal day for bread making. But I still went ahead with it, as I used my oven to help poof the dough.
This bread dough was made using the water-rox method... which is somefin new to me. I've seen this method being mentioned in many taiwanese blogs. Being the curious baby I was, I wanted to try it out and see the texture for myself.
This method of making bread turned out to be good! The bread is soft and chewy too! yum yum...

Hi Ida,
Could u share how to achieve the shining top on buns? My beaten egg glaze always looks too brown n dry on my buns!
Also, did u use ur KA mixer or bread maker for this recipe? Ur buns looks great n the texture very soft n fluffy!

Hi aquariusgal,
I did not use any eggwash on the buns. instead, I applied butter onto the buns AFTER it's out of the oven. This gave it a shiny look.
I used my KA to mix this dough, until it passed the pane test. HTHs! :)
