Mom's Birthday Cake

A cake fully laden with fruits for dear Mommy. She doesn't like cakes or any kinds of food that looks dark... so chocolate cake is out of the question.... She always said that a fruit cake is the best whenever she's offered chocolate cakes during celebrations. It's her birthday and of course she calls the shots. :P

The cake itself is pandan flavour. Cut into 3 layers and sandwiched with chopped kiwis, peaches and strawberries.
