Pork Floss Buns


Today's an overcast day... not an ideal day for bread making. But I still went ahead with it, as I used my oven to help poof the dough.

This bread dough was made using the water-rox method... which is somefin new to me. I've seen this method being mentioned in many taiwanese blogs. Being the curious baby I was, I wanted to try it out and see the texture for myself.

This method of making bread turned out to be good! The bread is soft and chewy too! yum yum...
