Walnut mooncakes
I tried this mooncake a few weeks ago at a cafe... couldn't forget how yummy it was and decided to make some myself. I took a bite of the mooncake when it was fresh out of the oven.... the "skin" was so good! crispy and fragrant. 
I was greedy and made it quite big... I have to reduce the portion if I intend to make this again!

Looks good! Dun tempt me with this one, I don't have any lotus paste left already so I can't do it, it's all gone!

go buy some more lotus paste! the reduced-sugar one is really good and tat's wad i used for these moooncakes.
