Ondeh ondeh... finally

I had been wanting to try making ondeh ondeh for the longest time. I love eating these sweet little morsels and since buying them is so convenient here in Singapore, I would always buy some when the cravings hit.

I bought quite a few purple sweet potatoes and guess this is one way to use it up too. So I started searching online for credible recipes and even watched a youtube clip to make sure that I won't get the steps wrong.

Am glad to say, the ondeh ondeh turned out great! Here are the pics to share....
