Sour Cream Cuppies
Well, I did a banana bread and still left with alot of sour cream. So, upon some googling, spotted a sour cream cupcakes recipe.
Here's how the cupcakes turn out. It's very moist! However, the original recipes called for 200gm of sugar, which I think will be too much, so I reduced 20gms. Also added almond essence to make it more flavourful.
